One Sunday a Month
($12 for class series registrants)
This 75 minute class is designed for anyone new to yoga, wanting a gentle practice, or would like to get back to the basics in their asana practice. In this class there will be an intro to meditation and pranayama. Yoga asana will be essential poses, intro to flow, alignment awareness, and injury management. The class will end with a restorative savasana.
