This 75 minute class is designed for anyone new to yoga, wanting a gentle practice, or would like to get back to the basics in their asana practice. In this class there will be an intro to meditation and pranayama. Yoga asana will be essential poses, intro to flow, alignment awareness, and injury management. The class will end with a restorative savasana.

With commitment to better posture you can make a change in your body for  better health.

This is not a yoga class but a Posture Clinic and is open to anyone. There will be some laying down, kneeling, and getting up off the floor - chairs can be available for assistance as needed. 

If you are currently experiencing pain from an injury consult with your physician before trying this class to make sure it is right for you.
