Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga in the United States. Also sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a connected flow of postures.
Vinyasa Yoga - Gentle/Beginning
This 75 minute class is designed for anyone new to yoga, wanting a gentle practice, or would like to get back to the basics in their asana practice. In this class there will be an intro to meditation and pranayama. Yoga asana will be essential poses, intro to flow, alignment awareness, and injury management. The class will end with a restorative savasana.
Vinyasa Yoga - All Levels
This 75 minute class is designed for all levels of practitioners-some yoga experience suggested or an established exercise routine. In this class there will be meditation, pranayama, flow, and alignment awareness. The class will end with a restorative savasana.
Back Care Yoga
This 75 minute class is designed to find relief from chronic back pain using yoga. Yoga postures, when practiced with the correct emphasis, can be extremely successful in alleviating chronic back pain conditions. In addition to yoga postures this class will use meditation, pranayama, Integrated Positional Therapy (IPT), Psoas release techniques, and will address ways to alleviate back pain off of the mat. This class is for all levels of practitioners.
