Totally Easy Being Green

Bonus Post this week! It’s a quick post because it’s an easy quick green smoothie!


This green smoothie is my go-to snack! Sometimes I have 2-3 a day, it’s filled with nutrition!


In a high speed blender blend to your desired consistency- I make mine really thin almost like a juice opposed to a thick smoothie.

  • Generous handful of leafy greens (beet greens, kale, parsley, etc) (one variety or a blend) In the above smoothie I used beet greens

  • 1 1/2 cups of a frozen yellow fruit (mangoes, pineapple, jackfruit)

  • coconut water
