Now that the weather is warmer, local farms are producing vegetables, and my garden is well under way I like to bring is fresh juice into my life. When you embark on juicing focus on green vegetables as your base. Celery, cucumbers, and dark leafy greens such as kale, spinach, parsley and cilantro.
