It Doesn't Taste Like Swamp Sludge

Organic Ingredients when possible

1 cup of your preferred non-dairy mylk (hemp, flax, oat) 1 cup baby spinach leaves 1 banana (can be fresh/frozen) 2-3 ice cubes (optional) 1 tablespoon of preferred nut butter 1 tablespoon of chia or flax seeds 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 an avocado diced to top smoothie

TO MAKE In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients except the avocado, and blend until smooth. Top with the diced avocado (and bee pollen if you have any!) Drink soon.

***add water to thin consistency as desired
